How to withdraw funds from your Tradesk account
Step 1. Click on "Me" top right menu > Tap "Withdraw"
Step 2. Select the currency you want to withdraw (HKD and USD currently supported)
Step 3. Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw
Step 4. Tap "Submit" and wait for the funds to arrive (typically 1-3 working days to withdraw to the HK bank account).
Note:
• Withdrawal of funds needs to be withdrawn to a bank account with the same name as the securities account.
• Withdrawals will not be processed during Hong Kong holidays
• The cut-off processing time for withdrawal is 11:00 on each HK stock trading day; withdrawals made after 11:00 will be processed the following stock trading day.
• If you want to change the withdrawal bank account, please use another bank account to complete another identity verification (deposit 10,000HKD/1500USD to Fiduciary Securities account).
• Minimum withdrawal amount of HK$150 or US$10 per transaction.
Withdrawable Amount
There are many factors that affect the amount of withdrawable funds: access to funds, buying and selling stocks, transaction fees, clearing and settlement, etc. Changes in many of these factors do not immediately respond to the amount of withdrawable funds in real time. For example, after selling a stock, the securities company and the exchange need to complete clearing before you can apply to withdraw funds, and different markets have different clearing rules: Hong Kong stocks are currently implementing a T+2 settlement system, U.S. stocks are currently implementing a T+1 settlement system.
Note:
• All bank charges will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
• Please make sure that the name order is consistent with the bank account name order. If the fund withdrawal fails due to the wrong name, the customer needs to bear the bank transfer fee.
