Fiduciary Securities Limited is a licensed corporation regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (CE No. BRV500) and has obtained Type 1 License for Dealing in Securities and Type 4 License for Advising on Securities. All client assets are kept in segregated custody in bank accounts. Furthermore, investors are eligible for up to HK$500,000 in compensation under the Hong Kong Investors Compensation Fund (ICF).
